You make me lose my mind. I feel the tendrils of your memories gripping me. Your lifeforce strong enough to bring my will to heel. For no matter what I do to exorcise you from my being, you sink deeper in. Gone are the days of reprieve. Gone is the silence of my mind for in the shadows you always watch, and wait. At it’s worst, I drown so completely in you that were anyone to find me it would bring only sorrow. I need not think of anything else other than the gratitude that we bask under the same moonlight. Your soul exists within mine, an inexplicable feeling beyond mere human words. Distance is impervious to universal forces as your soul caresses mine and you undress me with your mind. By God, does mine respond in kind. I can be nought but honest, though. I think often of letting you go. Were it ever possible. I long to pry myself from your ghostly fingers. To rid myself of the burdens of love. Love has infected me, spreading across the nerves throughout my body. This love. For you.
